Settle into a full day of exploring the mountain waters of Western North Carolina on a guided Tenkara and fixed-line fishing trip. With more time to fish, explore, and enjoy your surroundings, this outing lets you make the most of your day in the mountains. Whether you’re new to fly fishing or looking to refine your skills, I’ll tailor the trip to your experience, interests, and comfort level. We’ll work on casting, reading currents, and presenting your fly, with time to put what you learn into practice. Midday, we’ll take a break for a hot meal before getting back on the water. Our fishing location is chosen based on current conditions and the kind of adventure you’re after. All fishing gear is provided, including waders and boots when needed. Bring drinking water, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, and the required fishing license—I’ll help you confirm which one you need before we meet.
